1. Eligibility
Refunds are available for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery with proof of issue.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used items (such as disposable vapes and e-liquids) are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
3. How to Request a Refund
Contact our support team via email with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days if approved.
4. Payment Reversals
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Vape Dubai HQ does not issue cash refunds for online orders.
